Service Description

Schedule an estate planning consultation to discuss your goals and options for creating or updating your estate plan. This appointment may include a discussion of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, transfer on death deeds, probate avoidance, asset protection planning, and other estate planning concerns. During the consultation, we will review your situation, identify the documents that may be appropriate for your needs, answer your initial questions, and discuss recommended next steps. The consultation fee will be credited toward estate planning services provided if you choose to move forward with our office.
